Kanika specializes in Design Build Construction and Preconstruction Planning. Kanika’s architectural and engineering background serves as a solid foundation for Value Driven Design Thinking and Integrated Design Approach. Having worked on all sides of the table – Architect, Client, Developer, and a General Contractor, she understands the priorities and complexities of projects holistically and therefore provides innovative integrated solutions. Her experience ranges from high-tech commercial tenant improvements; multifamily developments; clean room and labs; to large mixed-use developments.

Mike Muller

Experience: 38+ years
Mike brings a wealth of knowledge he built during his more than 38 years with General Contractors in the Bay Area, understanding the construction complexity, true cost, quality, and schedule limitations of projects. He has a varied and extensive project history including a sensitive computer information facility; one of the nation’s largest grocery distribution centers; R&D clean rooms with high purity process gas piping, wet labs, and toxic gas detection; and biotech and pharmaceutical facilities. Mike’s involvement begins in pre-construction for budgeting, and bidding; and strengthens during Construction managing Cost, Schedule, Commissioning and Close-out.
